At Culture Drap, we take great care in delivering your beautiful Chikankari kurtas and tops to you on time and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully.

SHIPPING

Within India:

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders via our trusted logistics partners: Shiprocket (FedEx, DTDC, Aramex, and India Post).

  • ₹90 shipping charge applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, as levied by logistics providers.

International Shipping:

  • We ship worldwide to the USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand.

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the number of items in your cart and will be displayed on the checkout page before payment.

  • Our international logistics partners include FedEx, DHL Ecommerce, DTDC International, and India Post via Shiprocket.

  • All product prices are inclusive of Indian taxes. However, import duties, customs charges, or additional taxes (if any) imposed by your country are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

DELIVERY

Dispatch Time:

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 4–6 business days of placing the order.

  • For certain handcrafted items, we may need up to 7–9 business days for finishing and quality checks before dispatch.

  • Please Note: Due to unexpected conditions like COVID-19 or high-demand seasons, there may be delays. We’ll notify you in such cases.

Delivery Time:

  • Domestic Orders: Delivered within 4–5 working days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Delivered within 12–13 working days after dispatch.

  • All deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure accuracy while placing your order.

Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If your product is received in a damaged condition or if the packaging appears tampered with, please:

  1. Do not accept the package from the delivery person.

  2. Call us immediately at +91-6394651957 or email us at culturedrap27@gmail.com, mentioning your Order ID.

  3. Ensure the product tag and original packaging are intact when returning.

We will ensure a brand-new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost.
